Mum settled quickly with the help and support of all the staff. Haven't seen her as happy as this in a long time. She's made some lovely friends and is always out and about visiting new places and having new adventures. She has a better social life than I do!

We are very pleased with Ivy Gate Lodge. Since my husband went there - two weeks ago, he looks better, is very settled, and is much more interactive than before! Visiting is always a pleasant experience - the staff are very welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble! The surroundings are clean, bright, and airy. It is now his "home", and he is treated by everyone as such.

My mum came to Lighthouse Lodge initially for a two-week stay while I was away on holiday - at 93, she had been just about managing for a while with carers calling in to see her at home a few times a day but I was worried about leaving her while I was out of the country. After a two week stay, it was clear that she was far better off at Lighthouse Lodge - it's a lovely environment with bright, airy rooms and en suite bathrooms. The communal areas are beautifully furnished and decorated, but more importantly, is how great the staff are and the daily activities that are arranged for the residents. The care is second to none - and the fact that there's always something going on that the residents can join in with (if they want to) has meant my mum has really blossomed in this environment.

The Lodge is very modern and clean with lovely furniture and views to gardens through large windows. I know my father is being looked after by the best staff, everyone from reception to kitchen and cleaning look like they enjoy working there, and that is reflected in the photographs and videos I see on social media almost daily. Excellent work!
