    Louise, our Deputy Manager, is a truly dedicated and compassionate member of the team who brings both professionalism and warmth to our dementia care home. With extensive experience in hospice care, she has a deep understanding of person-centred support, ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of both nursing and residential care.

    Known for her fun-loving nature and positive energy, Louise creates a welcoming and uplifting environment for residents, families, and staff alike. She has a genuine passion for caring for others and takes great pride in building meaningful relationships with those she supports. Her commitment, empathy, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our home, helping to ensure that every resident feels safe, respected, and truly cared for.

    Hannah is a passionate nurse who joined the Windmill lodge team in 2024 from A&E. She supports the admission process from the enquiry stage and assessment through to admission, with a focus on providing high-quality, holistic care so every resident feels at home from the moment they step inside.

    Evelyn is a valued member of our Concierge and Reception team, bringing warmth, friendliness, and a welcoming presence to our dementia care home. She is often the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, and takes great pride in creating a positive and reassuring first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

    With a caring and approachable nature, Evelyn supports the smooth day-to-day running of the home while ensuring that residents and their loved ones feel comfortable and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time walking her dog, something that reflects her calm and nurturing personality. Evelyn’s kindness, reliability, and cheerful attitude make her an important part of our team and the community we provide for our residents.
