We are pleased to be able to offer a specialist palliative care community that provides care and support for those living with a terminal or life shortening illness.
We understand the importance of a person-centred care plan which is tailored to each resident. It is important that the individual sits at the centre of all decision making and receives consistent, open and honest communication to support both the individual and their family.
Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, co-ordinated palliative care to all individuals within our Lodges to ensure their wishes and preferences are both supported and respected.
We aim to provide the support, wellbeing and activities needed to aid rehabilitative palliative care as a holistic approach that helps enable our residents to live life to the fullest.
Our palliative care community has 9 bedrooms, all with en suite wet rooms, with access to communal lounges and garden space to relax.
